 OK, now I know that is going to cause a certain amount of disagreement among everyone, as of course we all have different ideas on just what a good coffee is. Now the problem for a site like this is trying to set a standard that we can all agree with. I do welcome your comments on this topic, so please feel free to start the ball rolling in the forum and leave a few of your own ideas. But for now, since we have to have somewhere to start I'm going to give a few guidelines that can be followed when thinking about whether or not you list a cafe etc here on this website. So here we go ...

There are two rating systems used on this website
1. Rate the Taste
This refers to the Coffee. Think on a scale of 1 - 10. ANYTHING that you would rate under a 5 does not qualify for this website.
5 = I would drink it if I had no other option, but really it's crap.
6 = As there is nothing else this is ok. It's not great and does not rate really....
